1. WELCOME TO SIMONSEZ AUSTRALIA

Our display homes are designed to assist customers in exploring expandable modular home layouts, finishes, upgrade options and design concepts.

We appreciate respectful visitors and look forward to helping create thoughtfully designed modular homes tailored to individual project requirements.

2. VISITOR EXPECTATIONS

Visitors are expected to:
• behave respectfully
• follow staff directions
• treat display homes and finishes with care
• supervise children at all times
• avoid unsafe conduct or disruptive behaviour

3. CHILDREN & SAFETY

Children must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Display homes and surrounding areas may contain:
• stairs
• decking
• glass surfaces
• elevated areas
• uneven surfaces
• nearby operational worksites

Running, climbing or unsafe behaviour is not permitted.

4. PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING

Reasonable personal photography is permitted unless otherwise advised.

Visitors must not:
• obstruct staff or visitors
• disrupt inspections
• enter restricted areas for filming purposes
• film staff without consent
• conduct commercial filming without prior approval

5. PRIVATE & RESTRICTED AREAS

Certain areas may be restricted to authorised personnel only.

Restricted areas may include:
• offices
• staff areas
• storage areas
• active worksites
• installation zones

6. APPOINTMENTS & AVAILABILITY

Display inspections may be appointment-based.
Operational activities, installations, deliveries or staff scheduling may occasionally impact display availability or appointment timing.

7. DISPLAY HOME DISCLAIMER

Display homes may contain:
• optional upgrades
• upgraded finishes
• custom selections
• styling items
• non-standard inclusions

Display configurations, colours, layouts and inclusions may vary from standard models or future projects.

8. CUSTOMER BEHAVIOUR

SimonSez Australia reserves the right to refuse entry, end inspections or request visitors leave the premises where behaviour is:
• abusive
• threatening
• unsafe
• disruptive
• intoxicated
• harassing toward staff or visitors

9. SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Visitors enter the premises at their own risk and must comply with all reasonable directions provided by SimonSez Australia representatives.
Visitors must remain clear of any restricted or active work areas.
